Following brief working stints at the South Zambezi Construction Consultancy and Sanlam Employee Benefits, Mashatile successfully completed a graduate trainee program in marketing at British American Tobacco South Africa (BATSA) at the end of 2'19. He was then promoted to junior manager and held that position until the end of 2'2'. Thabiso has now began to pursuit business interests.

Mashatile is a born communicator with excellent trade marketing knowledge. An avid cook, gym, cars, and gaming fanatic, he will be responsible for the development of the Foundation’s strategy, the overall functioning of the Foundation, ensure proper operations and implementation of programmes and projects as well as its financial viability.
