Nonkwelo holds a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation(MMENVC) from Wits Business School (WBS), where she achieved a Distinction for her thesis which focused on daughters as successors of their family businesses. Her academic qualifications also include; a Certificate of Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies with Harvard University, a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of South Africa (UNISA), as well as a Management Programme obtained at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Her academic excellence has earned her a membership of the Golden Key International Honour Society.

Palesa started her professional career in ICT industry as an intern and went on to hold a Strategic leadership position at Business Connexion(BCX), where she earned numerous corporate awards. She moved on to pursue various business opportunities in the Beauty and Health sector and currently holds a Managing Directorship within the Oil and Gas industry.

Nonkwelo’s passions range from female empowerment and foreign language films to a keen interest in “Careers of the Future” mainly within the Travel Exploration and Real Estate Industries.
